The children of St. Joseph’s walked in procession with flowers as they celebrate the feast of their patron saint.In March the staff, children and the Holy Childhood sisters celebrated the feast of St. Joseph, the earthly father of Jesus and the patron saint of the children’s home. The feast day started with a procession from house to the statue of St. Joseph. All the children were holding flowers and singing as they walked there. Together they placed the white and red blossoms around the statue. One of the careworkers explained to the children about the role of their patron in the life of the Blessed family. To end the ceremony all participants prayed the litany to St. Joseph. Afterwards everyone enjoyed the entertainment with singing, dancing and delicious food.
