During the summer break, St. Joseph CYCC went through some long-needed renovations. Now, the children’s home and its surroundings are looking shiny and new.
In the long summer holiday, most of our children enjoy some time away with foster parents. St. Joseph CYCC is very quiet during these periods. That’s why the remaining staff took some initiative to do maintenance. All stairs had to be scrubbed and painted, bathrooms and toilets repaired, and the playground outside received some long-needed maintenance upgrades. Coming back from their breaks, the children were thrilled to see some new colours in their living space. St. Joseph is now ready for another fun-filled year. 2021 can come!
